Modeling Activities and Satisfaction of Customers - New Generation Refiner
MASC NGR was developed
as decision support system
for store organization,
operation planning
and workload forecasting
in order to optimize customer satisfaction.
The system is self tuning on store characteristics by applying data fusion of different historical key performance indexes and manager future estimations.
