Frozen Food Logistics

The Frogol Project involved the optimization of inventory management policies and procedures in order to improve the overall efficiency of Frozen Food logistics. The project included also support for the development of the IT procedures in the Company ERP (SAP R/3) and in the EDI interface with custom systems of suppliers and providers.
