Call for Paper HMS2004, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

HMS Conference

The HMS Workshop concentrates on applications of simulation and computer technologies to logistics, supply chain management, multimodal transportation, maritime environment and industrial logistics.
HMS1999 has been held succesfully in Genoa (HMS2000 was held in Portofino, HMS2001 in Marseille, HMS2002 in Bergeggi); in the past editions worldwide specialist had the opportunity to participate and interact to this important International Forum on Logistics.
The audience included both users, vendors and scientists operating in applying advanced techniques to supply chains, logistics and handling facilities. This workshop was orginally included as part of Simulation in Industry Conference, Genoa (1996) and was organized in Riga for the first time as a separate event in 1998.
