PROject Management Applied to Concert Organization

PROMACO is an educational Role Play Game (RPG) introducing the concepts of Project Management to people without experience. The case is related to the organization of a Concert within a Town and the teams are required to prepare proposals including Work Breakdown Structure, Roadmap, Project Plan, Project Schedule, Project Budget, Risk Analysis and Contingency Planning The participants should prepare a whole presentation in different languages summarizing the activity carried out for addressing this problem.
